(110) Lydia is a quite large main-belt asteroid with an M-type spectrum, which may contain nickel-iron. The Lydia asteroid family is named after it. It was discovered by A. Borrelly on April 19, 1870. It was named for the Asia Minor country populated by Phrygians.
