The magnitude 16.8 type Ib/c supernova, 2010br, was discovered by V. Nevski on the 10th April, 2010, in the spiral galaxy NGC 4051 in the constellation Ursa Major. The supernova is located 19".5 east and 10" south from the centre of the galaxy.
The Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope will observe (at 4.8 GHz) the position of the Type Ibc supernova 2010br, at 14.34 UT, 11th May 11 to 2.31 UT 12th May.
