NGC 5191 (also MCG 2-34-26 and PGC 47498) is a magnitude +14.1 spiral galaxy located 299 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer George Washington Hough using a 46.99 cm (18.5 inch) refractor on the 5th May 1883.
