Rare telescope stolen from astronomer When a NASA robotic explorer collides with the moon's surface today to explore for water, Bryan Tobias won't be watching it through his 11-foot-tall telescope. An 8-foot rocket was stolen from a Vancouver farm Sunday and the owner is offering a reward for information that leads to its return. Lance McNamara and his family own GopherBoy Egg Farms on Northeast Ward Road in Vancouver. They said the rocket has been a fixture on their farm for nearly four years.
