Rajeev Lochan, scientific secretary to the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), was killed late Friday in a road mishap in Andhra Pradesh, it was announced Saturday.

A scientific secretary with the ISRO, Rajeev Lochan, and his driver Chandran were killed and ISRO director (publications & public relations) Krishnamurthy suffered serious injuries in a road accident on Friday night near Tirupati. Krishnamurthy is recovering in a hospital in Tirupati.
