This is a satellite image of Tropical Cyclones Gula and Fame in the South West Indian Ocean (28 Jan 2008).
Tropical Cyclone Gula was located near 15.0S, 62.0E at 12:00 UTC 28th January, 2008.
The cyclone was located approximately 520 nm northeast of La Reunion moving westward at 4 knots with maximum sustained winds of 65 knots and gusts up to 80 knots.
Tropical Cyclone Fame made landfall in Madagascar.
