Three walkers have discovered a new mountain in Wales John Barnard, Myrddyn Phillips and Graham Jackson used satellite equipment to prove that the hill Mynydd Graig Goch in Snowdonia, North Wales, is actually 2,000ft 6in high.
Mynydd Graig Goch was recorded at 1,998ft, just two feet short of the 2,000 needed to qualify as a mountain until three walkers challenged the Ordnance Survey's measurements.
