Comet C/2009 K3 (Beshore) was discovered by E. Beshore (Mount Lemmon Survey) on the 25th May, 2009.
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate a perihelion passage on the 9th January, 2011, at a distance of approximately 3.9 AU from the Sun.
