Russia will convert the strategic forces military base at Dombarovskoye near Orenburg; although it will continue test-firing of converted ballistic missiles from the base. A test-fire of a RS-20V ballistic missile, also known as the SS-18 Satan, the first such test since 1991, was carried out in December 2004 by the 31st Missile Army.
