Update:
The 160 - 350 metre wide asteroid 2009 WJ1 will make a close pass (67.9 Lunar Distances, 0.1745 AU), travelling at 12.54 km/s, to the Earth-Moon system on the 3rd January, 2010.

The Lunar Distance (LD), the distance between Earth and the Moon, equals 384,401 km, (or 0.00256 AU).
