A possible magnitude 12.6 FU-Ori-type eruption from IRAS 06068-0641 was discovered by the Catalina Real-time Transient Survey (CRTS) on the 10th November 2009.
IRAS 06068-0641 is located inside a dark nebula to the South of the Mon R2 association.

Position (2000): RA = 06h09m19.32s, Dec = -06d41'55.4"
