A magnitude 16.6 supernova, 2010W, was discovered by Berto Monard (South Africa) on the 7th February, 2010, in galaxy ESO 320- G 035 in the constellation Centaurus.
The supernova is located 18" East and 22" North from the center of the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.
