Possible supernova in NGC692

Confirmed:
The magnitude 15.7 supernova, 2010aa, was discovered by B. Monard on the 9th February, 2010, in the spiral galaxy NGC692 in the constellation Phoenix.
The supernova is located 11" East and 7" South from the center of the galaxy.
As yet the type is unknown.
The galaxy hosted supernova 2007st

Position (2000): RA 01 48 43.21, Dec -48 39 00.7
