Nova Ophiuchus 2010 No. 2 was discovered by H. Nishimura (Japan) on the 19th February, 2010.

A possible magnitude 9.4 nova was discovered on the 18th February, 2010, in the constellation Ophiuchus.

Position (2000): RA 17 26 32.19, Dec -28 49 36.3
