DST Haryana to install Telescope in Panchkula office Haryana Science and Technology Department has decided to install telescope in its office building at Panchkula which will be opened to people soon. While stating this here today, the Director of Haryana Science and Technology Department, Mr Sandeep Garg said that a 45-day long programme, "Observatory on Wheels-cum-Science Exhibition" had received an overwhelming response as more than 45,000 visitors got benefited from this programme making it a huge success.
