A meteorite has hit Dundee this summer. Don't worry though, we won't be going the way of the dinosaurs just yet - this particular meteorite is on loan from NASA as part of a new exhibition at the Dundee Science Centre. Read more __________________

Out-of-this-world exhibits rock Sensation Visitors can even hold a fragment of a meteorite as they contemplate its astonishing estimated age of 4565 million years. The priceless collection was unveiled as part of a loan deal with the US government and NASA and includes dust and rock from the moon that was collected during the manned missions of the late 1960s and early 1970s.
