In years to come, Frenchs Forest's Emily Bathgate may be responsible for telling the world things about the universe they never knew before.
The 22-year-old University of Technology, Sydney, student was last week announced as the only Australian - and one of only 20 people in the world - to take part in the prestigious 10-week NASA academy program in the US.
