Ukrainian astronomers create Europe's largest stars catalogue

Scientists from Kharkiv National University Karazin (Eastern Ukraine) created Europe's largest catalogue of the stars.

"It describes 300 million space objects, is the second largest star directory in the world".

"It was created by a unique technology that eliminates clerical errors. That is one of the finest folders in the mankind history" - astronomer Vladimir Akhmetov.
