JETS Observatory opens this year with a new partnership and a new plan for programming.
The facility will now be operated by Planetary Studies Foundation (PSF), a nonprofit organization based in Galena and Elizabeth.
At 7 p.m. on July 16, the observatory will host a rededication ceremony to celebrate PSFs partnership with  JETS Observatory and Freeport Park District.
