Cardiff University Health Board take lessons from space

It's unusual for the paths of the NHS and NASA to cross yet those two working environments have a lot in common, as staff from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board have been finding out.
In the past two months, health board staff have participated in online seminars about safety and team performance from NASA astronaut Dr Dafydd Williams, who has applied his experience of shuttle missions to his work as an A&E Consultant.
