Sky-Watcher 'SP Series' Super Plossl 17mm Eyepiece
This 1.25" (31.7mm) medium magnification eyepiece is well made and will provide good views of deep sky objects and open clusters. As to be expected there is a edge to edge pinpoint images and a nice 52 degree field of view. The eye relief is generous. The design is technically not a 'Super Plossl' as it only has a 4 element Plossl design. The eyepiece has multi-layer coatings and edge-blackened elements to deliver high contrast images. Folding back rubber eyecups, and a rubber non-slip grip, are nice features to have.
