Place of fall: Tuxtuac, Zacatecas, Mexico.

21°40'N., 103°22'W., approximately.
Date of fall: October 16, 1975, 1820 hrs.
Class and type: Stone. Olivine-hypersthene chondrite, amphoterite (LL). Olivine, Fa31, low-Ca pyroxene Fs26.
Number of individual specimens: 2
Total weight: 4.25 kg

Circumstances of fall: Not reported. Obtained from natives of Tuxtuac.

The Tuxtuac (LL5) meteorite fell in Zacatecas, Mexico, on the 16th October, 1975.
A total mass of 30 kg was recovered.
