The 120  - 260 metre wide asteroid 2011 VO5 will make a close pass (76.7 lunar distances, 0.1972 AU), travelling at 8.52 km/second, to the Earth-Moon system on the 7th January, 2012 @ 20:16 UT ±03:25.
