This interesting L4-6 xenolithic chondrite was seen to fall on Feb 7, 1949, in Mtwara, Tanzania. A single stone weighing ~6kgs was later recovered from a hole. This fusion crusted partial slice weighs 11.40 grams and it displays both lithologies. Ex Jensen collection.

The Rupota (L4-6) meteorite fell in Lindi, Tanzania, on the 7th February, 1949.
A total mass of 6 kg was recovered.
