Dharwar district, Karnataka, India
Fall 1848, February 15. 13:00 hrs
Stone. Chondrite, possibly
Approx. recovered weight: 1 .8 kg
A stone of 4lb (1.8kg) fell near the village of Negloor, and was sent to Bombay Geogr. Soc., H. Giraud (1849).

The Dharwar (Chondrite) meteorite fell in Karnataka, India, on the 15th February, 1848.
A total mass of 1.8 kg was recovered.
