Bishunpur 25°23' N, 82°36' E
Mirzapur district, Uttar Pradesh, India
Fall 1895, April 26, I5:00 hrs
Stone. Chondrite. Ordinary (LL3.1), black
Synonym(s): Parjabatpur
Approx. recovered weight: 1039 g
Four stones fell, after detonations, but only two were recovered, one of 942g at Bishunpur, and the other of 97g at Parjabatpur a mile distant. E. A. Wulfing (1897).

Bishunpur is an LL3 ordinary chondrite that fell in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh at 3pm on April 26th, 1895. While four stones were preceded by detonations and witnessed falling, two were lost shortly after recovery, and only the stones from Bishunpur and Parjabatpur, totalling just over 1 kg, were preserved.

The Bishunpur (LL3.15) meteorite fell in Uttar Pradesh, India, on the 26th April, 1895.
A total mass of 1039 g was recovered.
