This beautiful 20.5 gram partial slice is an L6 ordinary chondrite, regolith breccia, which fell on June 11, 1949. The fall took place in the Chelyabinsk region of Russia with 20 stones totaling ~200 kgs. Most of this material is held by the Academy of Sciences in Moscow. Kunashak is also a hammer as one stone reportedly struck a house. See more
