MPEC 2013 - D23

Comet P/2013 CE31 (MOSS) was discovered by the Morocco Oukaimeden Sky Survey, on the 5th February, 2013.
The preliminary orbital elements of the comet indicate perihelion passage was on the 21st May, 2012 at a distance of approximately 4 AU from the Sun, and an orbital period of 10.7 years.
