Meteorite falls in Honduras

We analysed a meteorite that was embedded in a home in Comayagua. Although there was damage in the area of the house as the stone passed through, it had not hit people.
The missile that fell in the bedroom of the family home in the Donaire Valley has attracted interest from the experts of the department of Astronomy, National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH).  The fragment, on a preliminary basis, it is considered part of a meteorite.

The stone remains in a house of Comayagua since June 3, [2012] when it caused a hole in the roof of the house and fell on a bed of the head of the household.
