Someone has stolen a silver briefcase containing "meteorite samples" and "lunar samples" from a vehicle, a projector was also taken. They belong to NASA contracted instructors, who use them for educational purposes.
The rocks are sealed inside two clear plastic disks labelled with identification numbers and the words "meteorite samples" and "lunar samples."
The incident happened at Garcia Drive, Virginia, US. Police were notified at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday, January 10, 2006.
