NGC 103 (also OCL 291) is a small group of stars partially visible in 8" amateur telescope under moderately light polluted skies.

The magnitude +9.8 open cluster in the constellation Cassiopeia was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 5th October 1829.
