NGC 1030 (also PGC 10088, UGC 2153, MCG 3-7-39, GWT 462.39 or IRAS02370 1748) is a magnitude +13.5 spiral galaxy located 393 million light-years away in the constellation Aries.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough on the 25th October 1786.
