NGC 645 (also UGC 1177, MCG 1-5-16, ZWG 412.13, IRAS01375 +0528, PGC 6172) is a magnitude +12.7 barred spiral galaxy located 152 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 27th October 1864.
