NGC 7437 (also UGC 12270, MCG 2-58-41, GWT 430.34 or PGC 70131) is a magnitude +13.3 face-on spiral galaxy located 97 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
The galaxy was discovered by American astronomer Lewis A. Swift using a 40.6 cm (16 inch) Alvan Clark and Sons refractor at the Warner Observatory, East Avenue, Rochester, New York, on the 31st October 1885.
