NGC 7139 (also PK 104 +7.1 and GC 4706) is a magnitude +13.0 planetary nebula located 4300 light-years away in the constellation Cepheus.
The planetary nebula was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 5th November 1787.
