NGC 1668 (also ESO 251-30, MCG -7-10-23, AM 0444-444, and PGC 15957) is a magnitude +12.8 lenticular galaxy located ~457 million light-years away in the constellation Caelum.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 1st December 1837.
