NGC 2645 (also OCL 754 and ESO 259-SC14) is a magnitude +7.0 open cluster located 5440 light-years away in the constellation Vela.
The cluster was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at Feldhausen, Claremont, Cape Town, on the 29th December 1834.
