NGC 107 (also PGC 1606 or MCG -2-2-14) is a magnitude +15.2 spiral galaxy located 284 ±20 million light years away in the constellation Cetus. The galaxy is about 5' north (PA 320°) from the magnitude 7.4 star HD 2195.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Baltic astronomer Otto Wilhelm von Struve using the 30-inch (760 mm) refracting telescope at the Pulkovo Observatory, on the 14th January 1866.
