NGC 2416 (also UGC 3925, MCG 2-20-2, GWT 58.8, IRAS07329 1143 and PGC 21358) is a magnitude +13.6 spiral galaxy located 235 million lightyears away in the constellation Canis Minor.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 26th January 1865.
