NGC 3202 (also UGC 5581, MCG 7-21-41, ZWG 211.44, AM 1017-262 and PGC 30236) is a magnitude +13.2 barred spiral galaxy located 309 million light-years away in the constellation Ursa Major.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) reflecting telescope at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 3rd February 1788.
