NGC 3376 (also UGC 5891, MCG 1-28-7 and PGC 32231) is a magnitude +13.4 spiral galaxy located 268 million light-years away in the constellation Sextans.
The galaxy was discovered by Danish-German astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 19th February 1863.
