NGC 2339 (also IRAS 07054+1851, MCG 3-19-2, UGC 3693 and PGC 20222) is a magnitude +11.8 barred spiral galaxy located 105.34 million light-years away in the constellation Gemini.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 22nd February 1789.
