NGC 2876 (also MCG-01-24-016 and PGC 26710) is a magnitude +13.1 lenticular galaxy located 281 million light-years away in the constellation Hydra.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using the 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 5th March 1880.
