NGC 2363 (also UGC 3847, MCG 12-7-39 and PGC 93088) is a magnitude +14.9 HII region in the irregular galaxy NGC 2366 located 10 million light-years away in the constellation Camelopardalis.
The galaxy was discovered by English astronomer Ralph Copeland using a 182.88 cm (72 inch) reflector at Birr castle on the 9th March 1874.
