NGC 4136 (also IRAS 12067+3012, MCG 5-29-25, UGC 7134 and PGC 38618) is a magnitude +11.1 face-on spiral galaxy located 28 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by German-British astronomer William Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Datchet, Berkshire, on the 13th March 1785.
