NGC 3325 (also MCG 0-27-36, UGC 5795 and PGC 31689) is a magnitude +12.7 elliptical galaxy located 260 million light-years away in the constellation Sextans.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Jean-Marie Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflector at the Marseille Observatory on the 19th March 1880.
