NGC 5190 (also IRAS 13282+1823, MCG 3-34-43, UGC 8500 and PGC 47482) is a magnitude +13.2 face-on spiral galaxy located 190 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at Windsor Road, Slough, on the 23rd March 1827.
