NGC 4803 (also MCG 2-33-36 and PGC 44061) is a magnitude +14.1 compact galaxy located 122 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector on the 25th March 1865.
