NGC 2751 (also MCG 3-23-37 and PGC 25517) is a magnitude +14.3 spiral galaxy located 198 million light-years away in the constellation Cancer.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) speculum reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta, on the 28th March 1864.
