NGC 4110 (also MCG 3-31-40, UGC 7102 and PGC 38441) is a magnitude +13.7 barred spiral galaxy located 331 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
The galaxy was discovered by Anglo-Irish astronomer William Parsons, 3th Earl of Rosse using a 183-cm (72 inch) speculum reflector at Birr Castle on the 1st April 1848.
